Procured in conjunction with our Consultant Architect, Brian Iley, this scheme turns a small cottage into a spacious contemporary 4 bedroom distinctive house. Subtly altered on its main public elevation its small frontage belies a larger contemporary designed dwelling behind. Still obtaining 1800 sq. ft. of living space yet at ease in its conservation area setting. ahm provided Planning and Building Regulations approvals and then construction information from that as existed on site as necessary.
