ahm provided services as a development appraisal for this site in Durham City to a regular client and Developer. The site was being sold by the local authority under a three stage tender process. Offers were received along with the tenderers development proposal for consideration. In the last stage three proposals were chosen for detailed consideration and a presentation to local councillors. This scheme being one of those chosen, but not the final successful tender.

Design visualisations were produced to show how the proposals could merge into the existing street scene with the Durham style and vernacular a constant theme.
