Designed by our consultant Brian Iley, ahm provided design and technical services for this high density apartment block in the heart of Durham overcoming many significant technical design challenges raised by the sloping and highly contoured urban site. The scheme was sold to Mandale after obtaining Planning approval and ahm continued on the project to provide a full technical service including construction drawings.
