Due to a loss of passing trade a former car showroom was demolished and replaced with a scheme for 17 no. new dwellings in an imaginative cul-de-sac solution.

ahm sought and gained all statutory approvals on behalf of the Client who is waiting for favourable market conditions before commencing the development.
