The developer purchased the vacant land and provided a brief of 2 no. light industrial units, each of 345m2 (3710 sq. ft.).

An Engineer, Kennedy Watts Morpeth, was appointed to design substructure and steelwork and Planning / Building regulations sought and obtained.

The design was kept economical in brickwork and steel cladding.

This has now had a waste transfer station added recently, erected by Hares of Snape, to our design and approved drawings.
